The Long Beach Police Department, in collaboration with the Long Beach Fire Department, is proud to support the annual TOY PATROL holiday toy drive. Donations of new, unwrapped toys from businesses and individuals are needed – especially for boys and girls age 12 and over. The TOY PATROL delivery van will take place in December, a joint effort with the Long Beach Fire Department.
Toy collection boxes will be placed by December 1 at Long Beach City libraries, Police Department sub-stations and various businesses around Long Beach.
Monetary donations or gift cards are also being accepted through the Long Beach Police Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (33-0835185). Please mail to LBPF, P.O. Box 15418, Long Beach, CA 90815. Please mark your donation TOY PATROL.
During the course of their duties, police officers have identified nearly 200 families whose children will receive toys from TOY PATROL. Children are thrilled and parents are grateful.
Your donations make this possible!!
Tentative dates for 2018 are 11/26/18-12/22/18
